Dr. Shilling is a Board Certified general psychiatrist in private practice and sees all ages and conditions. She has been doing Fitness for Duty, IME, Disability Evaluations and Second Opinion Exams for decades. This includes PTSD Disability Exams weekly for almost 10 years for a military organization. She continues to evaluate that diagnosis and all others about weekly also for other military organizations. She sees all diagnoses for other agencies and companies as well.
She has written a book titled Coins From the Couch, a best seller on Amazon, about general psychiatry. It was written for the lay public but additionally is used to teach medical students in medical schools. The book is also loaned out of physicians offices of many specialties other than psychiatry.
