Dr. Arianjam graduated as a Renaissance Scholar Magna Cum Laude at the University of Southern California. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Fellowship-Trained in Sports Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and a Fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has extensive experience as a medical expert with complex shoulder, hip, and knee cases: Joint Preservation: including cartilage transplantation, biologics (PRP/ stem cell/ amnion), reconstructive ligamentous surgery, and meniscal repair /transplantation. In the shoulder, he performs the entire spectrum of surgeries from arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs including biologic augmentation, to partial, total, and reverse shoulder replacement. Modern Joint Replacement: minimally invasive robotic knee replacement, anterior hip replacement, navigation-assisted partial / total knee replacement, and total/ reverse shoulder replacement. Acute Trauma: Taking call at a Level 1 Trauma Center exposes him to the various facets involved with acute care surgery including, timing, appropriateness, and standard of care for pelvic fractures, extremity/ long-bone fractures, joint dislocations of the shoulder, hip, and knee, and fractures of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Hand: Endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, Trigger Finger, DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis, Wrist Fracture, Traumatic Amputations, and Infections.
